 About the Triple H Fly-in:

The first fly-in was held in May of 1991. Since then we have had a spring and a fall fly-in every year. Our fly-in has grown from just a few airplanes in 1991 to 85 aircraft and 425 people in September of 2004. Antique tractors, classic cars and EMS vehicles are also frequent visitors to the fly-in.

Unlike many others, the Triple H Fly-in is held on a Saturday and is always a lunch event. The day starts off with donuts and coffee for the early arrivals. Lunch is served potluck style. The airport provides meat, drinks and table service. Everyone else brings a delicious dish to pass and lots of great flying stories.

We are also big supporters of the EAA Young Eagles program and have given many children young eagle rides at our airport. Several years ago we arranged a Golden Eagles Day. Volunteer pilots took up about 20 senior citizens for free airplane rides. For many it was their first time up.

Many of our visitors say this is their favorite fly-in to attend because of the great variety of food and friendly people. We love to make new flying friends! Please come to our next fly-in or stop by anytime!
